preheat oven to 180°c

put butter, sugar and condensed milk into a mixing bowl and cream together

add sifted flour and baking powder, then mix well
- 4
add rolled oats, then mix well
- 5
add chocolate drops, then mix well
- 6
in small batches of about 1 dozen, roll mixture into small balls and place evenly apart on a baking tray, flatten using a fork
- 7
bake batches separately at 180°c for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown then cool on a cooling rack to allow them to harden
