1 lbelbow macaroni
215oz. cans stewed tomatoes
1 cupgrated parmesan cheese
1 tbspworcestershire sauce
1 tbspdried parsley

Steps

Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain. Do not rinse.

Stir in remaining ingredients.

My great grandmother made this frequently during the Great Depression, as it is super cheap and surprisingly flavorful. I have added the Worcestershire give the dish a bit of umami, and a rounder, meatier taste.
