Ingredients

12 servings
  1. 1/2 cupbutter or margarine
  2. 2eggs
  3. 1 tspbaking soda
  4. 2mashed bananas
  5. 3/4 cupsugar
  6. 2 cupflour
  7. 1/2 cupwalnuts (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350° F. Cream butter & sugar.

  2. 2

    Add eggs

  3. 3

    Sift flour & baking soda and add to above mixture

  4. 4

    Fold in mashed bananas & walnuts

  5. 5

    Grease muffin tin or use paper liners

  6. 6

    Bake at 350° F for 20-25 minutes or until done
