Peel the potatoes and onions.

Grate the potatoes and onions.

Combine all of your all ingredients in a bowl.

Mash the garlics into the mixture and mix all togethet well.

Take double walnut sized pieces from your meatball dough and shallow fry them by turning over.

Be careful to not to try turning the meatballs early cause they can break apart.

You can serve the Cyprus meatballs with chunky fried potatoes and black eyed peas salad. Enjoy! :))
