Steps

Season meat with all the seasonings except the paprika and salt. Add onions and peppers and brown the mixture. Drain most the fat but keep a little in the pot.

In a different pan brown the noodles in some oil and add to the meat.

Pour the corn and tomato sauce in the mixture along with enough water to cover the noodles. Add about 1 tbls of butter, paprika and salt.

Mix and cook on high til boiling. Cover and simmer about 20 - 30 minutes. Stir and serve. Most the liquid should be gone but not all.

We usually eat it with warm tortillas (tacos) or even bread or nothing at all. I also add broccoli to the spaghetti also. My mil taught me how to make it and doesnt measure ingredients so I eyeball it- Sorry
