Mix cake mix 1 of the eggs and oil. Press mixture onto bottom and up sides of lightly greased 15x10x1 in baking pan. Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes.

Mix cream cheese with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Add remaining 2 eggs sour cream granulated lemon peel and juice mix until blended. Pour batter into crust.

Bake at 350°F for 30 to 35 minutes or until filling is set in center and edges are light golden brown. Cool. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cut into bars.
