Soften berries with water over medium heat until it boils (5 min.).

Remove from heat, purée fruit and return to pot. Add apple sauce then return to boil, set aside.

In a medium bowl sprinkle gelatin over juice and let stand for a minute.

Add hot fruit mix. Stir until gelatin is dissolved.

Pour in to glass or ceramic pan or molds. Refrigerate until firm (about 3 hrs.) then cut to cubes or shapes
