1 eachfresh cleaned crab
1/2 clovegarlic, crushed
4 quartsean water (or just add a generous handful of salt to regular water
2 tbsppepper
1 tbspold bay

Steps

put everything in a large pot besides the crab and bring to a boil
2

drop crab legs in
3

boil for 3 minutes and put directly under cold water
4

place on bed of ice (the faster you get it cold the easier it cracks)
5

crack, remove meat, dip in butter or lemon or whatever you like and enjoy
