1cucumber
200 gramsplain yoghurt (sheep/goat)
1 clovegarlic
1 bunchdill
2 tbspolive oil
1 pinchsalt

Dice peeled cucumber into fine cubes.

Chop up garlic.

Chop up stalks of dill.

Mix ingredients in a bowl.

If serving straight away, add yoghurt. Otherwise refrigerate.

Add olive oil and salt.

Mix all ingredients well.

Serve cold and fresh!
