  • 4 ozself raising flower
  • 2 ozcaster suger
  • 2 ozmarg
  • 1bramley cooking apple
  • 2 tbspsugar

    preheat oven to gas mark 5 or 190C

    mix suger and flower

    with clean hands rub in margarine

    rub in until mix is like bread crums, if to clingy add flower, if to dry add water

    wash and cut apple to small pieces

    place apple in to bottom of dish

    spread 2 tbsp of suger on to apple

    evanly spread crumble mix

    put in oven for 20 min

  10. 10

    check, if not golden brown keep in for 5 min checking it does not burn

  11. 11

    take out and stand for 10 min
