  1. 1 cupgreek yogurt
  2. 2eggs
  3. 1 tspvanilla extract
  4. 1/2 tspsalt
  5. 1 tspbaking soda
  6. 1 tbspsugar
  7. 7 tbspalmond flour

Cooking Instructions

    heat skillet or griddle to med to high heat

  2. 2

    mix almond flour, sugar, salt, baking soda and the greek yogurt in a bowl

  3. 3

    in separate bowl wisk eggs and vanilla

  4. 4

    mix the eggs mixture in yogurt mixture and mix together

  5. 5

    make 4" circle and cook on one side till bubbles form

  6. 6

    flip over and cook about 1 to 1.5 min

  7. 7

    this should make 12 to 14 pancakes. place what ever toppings you like on top and eat
