Steps

Clean and Gut the fish thoroughly

Make a pouch with the Aluminum Foil placing the fish inside

Generously rub both sides of the fish with Mayonnaise.

Slice a few rings of onion placing them outside and inside the fish
- 5
Squeeze half the lemon over the fish.
- 6
Use the twine to tie the fish shut
- 7
Place fish over the fire for 10 to 15 minutes
- 8
