  2. 2 eachEgg yolks (save the whites)
  3. 1/2 cupReal lemon juice
  4. meringue
  5. 2 eachEgg whites
  6. 1/2 cupSugar
  7. 1/4 tspCream of tartar. (Can use 1/2 tsp)

    Preheat 350.

    Mix pie filling

  3. 3

    Beat meringue to stiff peaks

  4. 4

    Bake until brown.
