  • 2 eachEgg yolks (save the whites)
  • 1/2 cupReal lemon juice
  • meringue
  • 2 eachEgg whites
  • 1/2 cupSugar
  • 1/4 tspCream of tartar. (Can use 1/2 tsp)

    Preheat 350.

    Mix pie filling

  3. 3

    Beat meringue to stiff peaks

  4. 4

    Bake until brown.
