Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbRib eye steaks cut into thin strips.
  • 1 packagesSpring roll wrappers
  • 1 packagesProvolone cheese
  • 1 eachYellow & red peppers

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat 400. Cook steak in large skillet for 1 minute. Top spring roll w/ steak & cheese roll wrappers. Roast 15 min.

  2. 2

    You can sauté the peppers before you wrap.
