Steps

  1. 1

    Not everyone agrees with this because of the temperature I cook it at. Cook it breast side down! Covered. 450°F for 1 hour. Then 200°F for 8 to 10 hours. So it cooks all night. Turn the bird over on the last hour uncovered add butter all over breast. Inside temp should be 165.

    VERY MOIST.
