  • 1 1/4 lbBoneless skinless chicken breast.
  • 1 lbSliced bacon
  • 2/3 cupPacked brown sugar
  • 2 tbspChili powder

  1. 1

    Pre heat 350. Cut chicken into 1" cubes. Cut each bacon slice into thirds. Wrap each chicken w/ bacon & secure w/ toothpick. Stir brown sugar & chili powder. Dredge chicken in mixture. Bake for 30-35 min or until bacon is crisp.

  2. 2

    I usually don't use the bacon. It's GREAT without it as well.
