
Ham & Egg Breakfast Sammie

Heat small pan over medium heat and spray with non-stick cooking spray. Meanwhile, beat egg in small bowl (add a dash of milk if necessary).

Pour scrambled egg into pan and stir for a few seconds. Cook egg into a flat rounded shape like you were making an omelette.

Once cooked (leave heat on), place egg onto a plate and leave the pan over medium heat. Use your spatula to fold it in half twice and then place egg on top of one slice of your toasted English muffin. Top with a slice of american cheese (or your cheese of choice)

Place a slice of thick cut ham into skillet that is still sitting over the heat. Cook ham a minute or two on each side until it begins to brown. Remove from heat and place ham slice on top of the cheese and egg. Top with the last slice of toasted English Muffin and enjoy.
