Brandied Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients

30 mins
  1. 1 packagesmushrooms, quartered
  2. 2 clovegarlic, minced
  3. 4green onions, thinly sliced
  4. 4 tbspbutter
  5. 1/4 cupbrandy
  6. 1 tbspflour
  7. 1/4 tspeach of salt & pepper
  8. 2/3 cupWhipping cream

Cooking Instructions

30 mins
  1. 1

    In a saucepan, sauté mushrooms, garlic & onions in butter for 3 minutes over med/high heat.

  2. 2

    Add brandy & cook 3 more minutes.

  3. 3

    Stir in flour, salt & pepper & cook 1 min.

  4. 4

    Stir in cream & cook 3 minutes or until thickened. Serve over steak.

Love cooking, canning, dehydrating, ect. Always in the kitchen. Hmmm...I bet most men would appreciate that. Hate to break it to 'em though...I don't make sandwiches. Too boring.
