in med pan add olive oil onions and garlic

when eggs are translucent and garlic releases aroma add eggs and reduce heat

season well with salt and pepper

once eggs are cooked add green breans

cook green beans with eggs with quarter cup of water for approx 1 min. reduce heat to summer and cover

check every 2 min. note: there should still bee a little liquid in pan
