  • 2 packagesGrated Ube
  • 2 canCondensed Milk
  • 3 tbspButter
  • 1 1/2 cupMilk
  • 1 tbspVanilla extract
  • 3 dashPurple Food coloring

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix ALL ingredients together

  2. 2

    Turn on Stove to Medium High and Mix the Mixture together with a wooden spoon

  3. 3

    Keep Mixing until the Ube is Thick and Heavy. Don't stop mixing.

  4. 4

    Turn stove to Meduim
