Ingredients

100 servings
  1. 500 gramsDe harina
  2. 250 gramsDe mantequilla
  3. 1Huevo
  4. 1/2 tbspSal
  5. 1Agua
  6. 100Queso duro blanco (preferiblemente llanero no muy salado) cortado en palitos de unos 7x2 cm.
  7. 1Abundante aceite

    Coloque la harina en forma de corona en un meson, anada la sal, mantequilla y el huevo, mezcle muy bien y anada progresivamente agua tibia segun se requira para format una masa suave y elastica, amase muy bien y deje reposar por lo menos 1/2 hora. Corte la masa en dos trozos y disponga de un meson amplio y un rodillo para extender la masa, espolvoree un poquito de harina y extienda de forma pareja hasta que la masa este fina, corte tirade uniformes, y con Ella's forre los palitos de queso muy bien, procure estirar la masa muy bien al forrar Los palitos y no dejar huecos para que no se escape el queso.

    Caliente muy bien abundante aceite en un sarten amplio o caldero y fria los tequenos hasta que doren.
