  • 1/2 lbof gound beef
  • 6Bell pepper cut in half
  • 1 cancorn
  • 1 canBlack Beans
  • 2 cupRice of your choice
  • 1Use shredded cheese & sour cream as a topping
  • 1 jarof salsa

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 400°F

  2. 2

    Cooking ground beef until it's done. Rinse off the black beans. Put the rice, ground beef, corn, black beans , salsa in a bowl all altogether

  3. 3

    Cook rice in a separate pan

  4. 4

    stuff each bell pepper and place in oven for 15-20
