preheat oven to 180dgrees celcius, 2 large oven trays lined w baking paper

roll pastry around 5mm thick, brush edges w eggwash
- 3
break meat up with hands and spread along one side of ur pastry rectangle leaving 5cm to seal it up later

sprinkle chopped sage over the meat, cut bacon to fit snuggly widthways along ur sausage meat ;) roll up pastry + seal along 1edge, try to remove as much air as possible. trim excess and brush with eggwash. score very lightly along the top before cutting into rolls around as long as ur thumb

bake at 180 for 30mins or till golden brown.
