Put all ingredients except bottled water and aloevera in a pot, bring to a boil turn off heat cover and let steap till cooled. Drain and keep liquid along with cinamon stick. Pour into a bottle large enough to hold all of liquid, but comfortable enough to carry throughout the day. Add aloevera and bottled water drink throughout the day along with extra water, and always try to eat a healthy snack every 3-4 hours to boost the benefits of this tea.* Note because i dont like to waste things and try to get the most nutritional benefits i can, i keep the cinnamon stick in the water i also squeeze the excess water from the teabag and ginger slices before i discard them

**I also do this same recipe with dried hibiscus flowers occasionally. I also sometimes add lemon juice.

more water can be added to dilute it if its too strong of a flavor.
