  • 2 cuprice
  • 2 cupwater
  • 1 canof corn
  • 1 slicepepper any color
  • 1 sliceonion
  • 1/3 canof tomatoe sauce
  • 1 pinchgarlic
  • 1 1/3 tsplemon juice
  • 1/2 tbspOlive oil
  • 1 tbspsalt

    stove top to medium High

  2. 2

    add all the ingredients together with water put to boil.

  3. 3

    then wash the white rice really good.

  4. 4

    once the pot is boiling. put the washed rice in.cover the pot and put the stove to low heat.for 20 minutes.

  5. 5

    after 20 minutes open the top and move the rice really good and then close the top.
