Ingredients

  1. 8 ozpkg. cream cheese
  2. 8 ozPepperjack cheese, shredded
  3. 1 1/2 tbsptaco seasoning
  4. 1 lbcooked chicken, shredded
  5. 8flour tortillas
  6. 1cooking spray
  7. Side Toppings
  8. 1shredded cheddar cheese
  9. 1green onions for garnish
  10. 1sour cream
  11. 1salsa

Steps

  1. 1

    Stir together cream cheese, Pepperjack cheese and taco seasoning.

  2. 2

    Fold in chicken. Divide among flour tortillas. Tuck in sides, and roll up each tortilla

  3. 3

    Lay seam side down in a sprayed 9x13" baking dish. Spray tops of tortillas with cooking spray.

  4. 4

    Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Turn chimi's over, and bake an additional 15 minutes.

  5. 5

    Serve with cheddar cheese, green onions, sour cream, and salsa.
