Have ingredients ready

Put marshmallow cream in a bowl

Line 13x9x2 baking pan with foil/waxed paper and butter the inside

In a saucepan bring sugar, butter and milk to a rolling boil on medium heat. Stir constantly once bubbling begins for 4 mins

Remove from heat

Quickly stir in chocolate and marshmallow cream

Once melted and mixed well, add vanilla and walnuts. Stir and cool.
