1 1/2ground beef
3 slicebread put through cuisinart
1egg
2 cantomato sauce (Muir Glen)
2potatoes
1 1/2 largeonion
1red pepper
1grating cheese
1basil

Steps

Preheat oven to 400.

Mix bread, cheese, basil, a little sauce, and egg together.

Place in an oiled baking pan with sliced potatoes, onion, and pepper. Pour remaining sauce over meat and into pan.

Bake at 350 for one hour, basting regularly. Add another can of sauce as needed.
