This is something I make for holidays and brunch or when I have overnight guests. It tastes great and you wont spend all morning in the kitchen!

This is something I make for holidays and brunch or when I have overnight guests. It tastes great and you wont spend all morning in the kitchen!
Steps

Night before: cube and toast bread if not using stuffing and place in a 9-13" dish.

Brown sausage with onions and mushrooms. You could add or omit different veggies.

Evenly sprinkle meat and veg mix over bread.

Whisk eggs , milk, salt, pepper and hot sauce. Pour over bread and meat mix.

Cover with foil and put in fridge overnight.

Next morning:Cover with half of grated cheese. Bake in 375 oven for 45min to 1hr covered. Remove foil.

Make topping with soup and sour cream and spread on top.
- 8
Sprinkle with remaining cheese.

Bake at 425 for another 15-20 min until cheese is melted and eggs are set.
