Ingredients

45 mins
  • 3 cansweet corn
  • 2onions chopped fine
  • 1red & green capsicum chopped fine
  • 2 stickcelery chopped fine
  • 2 cupcyder vinegar
  • 1 3/4 cupwhite vinegar
  • 2 cupsugar
  • 1 tbspdry mustard
  • 1 tbspmustard seeds
  • 1 tspturmeric
  • 1/2 tspground cloves
  • 1/4 cupcornflour
  • 1/4 cupextra vinegar
  • 1 tbspyellow food colour

Steps

45 mins
  1. 1

    Combine all Vegies, vinegars, Sugar, mustards, Turmeric, & cloves in a large Saucepan, bring to boil and simmer uncovered 45 min.

  2. 2

    Stir in cornflower with extra vinegar, bring to boil until thick.

  3. 3

    Bottle in hot sterilized jars.
