Ingredients

3 cansweet corn
2onions chopped fine
1red & green capsicum chopped fine
2 stickcelery chopped fine
2 cupcyder vinegar
1 3/4 cupwhite vinegar
2 cupsugar
1 tbspdry mustard
1 tbspmustard seeds
1 tspturmeric
1/2 tspground cloves
1/4 cupcornflour
1/4 cupextra vinegar
1 tbspyellow food colour

Combine all Vegies, vinegars, Sugar, mustards, Turmeric, & cloves in a large Saucepan, bring to boil and simmer uncovered 45 min.

Stir in cornflower with extra vinegar, bring to boil until thick.

Bottle in hot sterilized jars.
