Ingredients

  1. Marinade
  2. 1 1/2 tspmiced garlic
  3. 1 tbspdry-roasted sesame seeds (optional)
  4. 1 1/2 tspsoy sause
  5. 1 tbspsugar
  6. 1 1/2 tspsesame oil
  7. Meat
  8. 1 lbbeef siroloin

  1. 1

    Slice the beef into long, thin strips.

  2. 2

    Mix Marinade ingredients, add beef, and mix well until coated. Cover and allow to marinate in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.

  3. 3

    Grill or stir-fry the marinated beef unti cooked. Serve hot.
