4 servings
  1. 4 eachpork chops; bone in or out but not thin cut
  2. 1 headroasted garlic
  3. 1 cancream of mushroom soup
  4. 1 canmilk; use soup can
  5. 2 tbspoil; olive or other

Steps

45 mins
  1. 1

    Heat oil in deep skillet and season both sides of chops with salt and pepper.

  2. 2

    Sear on both sides for a few min until the are browned.

  3. 3

    Mix soup, milk and roasted garlic. Pour over chops and bring to a boil.

  4. 4

    Cover and reduce heat to low. Simmer for 30-45min until tender. Thicken sauce if needed

  5. 5

    Serve with your choice of sides!
