  • 1/4 cuphoison sauce
  • 2 tbspgrated fresh ginger
  • 4 tspcornstrach
  • 1/2 tspcrushed red pepper
  • 1/8 tspground black pepper
  • 1 lbskinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cut into 1-inch strips
  • 2 cupsliced bok choy
  • 2 mediumonions, cut into thin wedges
  • 1 cupsliced celery (2 stalks)
  • 1 cupsliced carrots (2 medium)
  • 3/4 cupchopped green sweet pepper (1 medium)
  • 6 clovegarlic, minced
  • 2 cupcooked brown rice
  • 1 cupchow mein noodles, coarsely broken
  • 1/2 cupcashews
  • 1/4 cupthinly sliced green onions (2)
