This is one drink which i made recently and i am in love with it. This is great for breakfast during hot summer days, since having hot ragi malt is impossible these days. I made this chocolate version for me and my lil one, a sathumaavu version for hubby. He loved it so much. You will never find ragi added in this drink unless mentioned. This creamy, hot drink packed full of nutrition is a family recipe.If you overcook this, the egg yolk will solidify and crumble up in the drink. So, make sure to take the pan off the heat as soon as the mixture has thickened! You can mash the banana until puréed thoroughly, or just mash it roughly if you prefer a chunky texture.
