Ingredients

4potatoes
2 cupcheese shredded fine
1 pinchsalt and pepper to taste
1 tbspoil of your choice.
1 cupsour cream
1chives to taste
1bacon bits optional

Steps

Wash and slice potatoes thinly.

Rub both sides with canola oil

Salt and pepper them to taste and place them flat on a cooky sheet.

Bake till done in oven on 350.

Next add the cheese and place back in oven till all melted . add the chives and bacon and dip in sour cream and enjoy.
