3 cupcooked white rice
2 lbground beef (uncooked)
1/4 cupshredded hot pepper cheese
1/4 cupshredded Italian five cheese
1 tspblack pepper
1/4 cupshredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cupfresh grated parmesan cheese
2 tspdried parsley
1 tspgarlic powder
4 tspminced garlic
1 tspseasoning salt
2 can (15 oz)spaghetti sauce
6green peppers

30 mins

Cook rice as directed

Cut tops off green peppers

When rice is done cooking, mix all ingredients (except the sauce) in a bowl

Stuff peppers with mixture

Top with your spaghetti sauce
6

Cook for 6-8 hours. You can top with cheese upon completion
