1 tspsalt
1 tbspbaking powder
3/4 cupbacon grease OR canola oil
2eggs
3/4 cupmilk
1/4 cupsour cream

make hole in middle of dry ingredients

add milk, bacon grease, sour cream to middle of dry ingredients

mix gently, do not over mix, until just incorporated
