Crisp Tempting green peas stuffed indian Puffs

In a mixing bowl take, wheat flour, maida and suji,add salt to taste and 1 to 2 tablespoon of oil..mix well and knead a medium tight dough using water and keep covered aside for some time

Crush green peas coarsely

Heat oil in a pan, add saunf, let it crackle and add crushed green peas. Add coriander powder, chopped green chilli, salt,black pepper powder and crushed cloves.. mix well and cook it mixture dries little.. stuffing is ready

Roll out a small puri from ready dough and place sufficient stuffing in the centre

Gather all the edges and seal in the middle

Lightly roll out with rolling pin

Lightly dry cook on pan (Kachha Pakka)

Deep fry in hot oil from both sides till done

Serve hot immediately with sabji or green Chutni
