Take maida in bowl and add salt, ajwayen, black pepper powder and one tbspn.oil mix it well and add some water for kneading. Knead smooth well and keep side for half an hour cover with wet cloth.

Take kadai and add one tbspn. Oil hot it crackle jeera add grind mutter saute on low flame add salt,degi mirch,dhaniya powder,Amchoor, hing kasoori methi saute till then leave the oil. Keep aside for cold.

Take maida roll with rolling pin puri size place mutter pithi in it and make flower design.

Fry in oil on low flame. Peas flower samosa is ready with tea.
