Ingredients

3eggs (beaten)
1 1/2 cupsugar
1/2 cupbutter (melted)
2 tsplemon juice
1 tspvanilla extract
3 1/2 ozflaked coconut
1/2 cupcoarsely broken up pecans
1unbaked 9-in Pie Shell

Preheat oven to 350

Thoroughly combine eggs, sugar, butter, lemon, and vanilla

Stir in coconut and pecans. Pour into the pie shell.

Bake for 45-50 minutes or until filling is set. Cool pie.

Garnish with sweetened whipped cream and pecan halves if desired.
