  3. 200 mlBeef Stock
  4. 6Potatoes
  5. salt
  6. pepper

    Chop one large onion

  2. 2

    Dice the bacon

  3. 3

    Fry lightly in a large frying pan

  4. 4

    Add 200 ml of beef stock

  5. 5

    Add salt and pepper to taste

  6. 6

    Thinly slice the potatoes

  7. 7

    Add potatoes and bring to boil

  8. 8

    Simmer for 40 minutes adding stock when needed
