17 ozFresh pumpkin
8 ozCream cheese
1 1/4 cupWhite sugar
1/2 cupBrown sugar
3 eachEggs
1 eachYoke of egg- discard white for crust
1/4 cupSour cream
1/2 tspNutmeg
1/2 tspGround cloves
1 tspCinnamon
1 tspVanilla
Crust
1 boxYellow Cake mix
1 stickButter
1 eachEgg white - discarded from filling

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven at 350°F. Put crust together. Cake mix, butter, egg white. Press in spring pan/ cake pan as a crust.

Mix up all filling ingredients: pumpkin, cream cheese, sour cream, sugars, eggs, spices, etc... Pour into on the crust. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
