Ingredients

12 servings
  • Dough
  • 3 cupflour
  • 1 tspgarlic powder
  • 1 tspdried rosemary
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 tspdry yeast (we won't let this rise, we use for the flavour)
  • 1 tbspsugar
  • 2 tbspOlive oil
  • 1 cupwarm water (around 160°f)
  • Topping/Filling
  • 2 cupshredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cupshredded parmesan chess
  • 3 tbspOlive oil
  • 4 tbspGarlic Powder
  • 1any other toppings you like

Steps

    Preheat oven to 350°f

  2. 2

    Add all dry ingredients into a large bowl

  3. 3

    Add Olive oil and water to bowl

  4. 4

    Mix together, I use a fork until well mixed then use my hands

  5. 5

    roll dough out onto a well floured surface

  6. 6

    spread Olive oil out on dough, edge to edge

  7. 7

    sprinkle garlic powder over oiled dough

  8. 8

    sprinkle your cheese out evenly on dough, cover edge to edge

  9. 9

    Add toppings (additional)

  10. 10

    roll dough tightly into a log

  11. 11

    cut into discs about 1-1.5" thick

  12. 12

    arrange on baking sheet

  13. 13

    back for 25-30 minutes ( I flip them half way through)
