Ingredients

  • 3/4 cupplain flour
  • 1/4 cupcocoa powder
  • 3/4 teaspoonbaking soda
  • 3/4 teaspoonbaking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoonsalt
  • 1/2 cupwhite sugar
  • 1egg
  • 1/2 cupmilk
  • 1/4 cupoil
  • teaspoonvanilla essence
  • 1/2 cupboiling water

Steps

  1. 1

    Sift dry ingredients into a big bowl

  2. 2

    Add milk,egg,oil and vanilla essence mix until well combined

  3. 3

    Add the boiling water and mix well

  4. 4

    Pour into a muffin tray and bake for 20 minutes @180degrees
