Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1ribs
  • 1/2 cupgarlic
  • 1 cupOnions
  • 1 cupbroccoli
  • 1 cupcarrots
  • 1/2 cupolive oil
  • 1/2 cupgourmet rib and chiken sauce

  1. 1

    Preheat oven at 350°

  2. 2

    Lather gourmet rib and chicken sauce on the ribs abd place on non stick pan.

  3. 3

    Cook ribs for 30 min.

  4. 4

    Soak all vegies in olive oil.

  5. 5

    Flip ribs after 30 minutes and place veggies on top. Cook for other 30 min or so.
