Steps

In a mixing bowl take wheat flour, suji, 1 tablespoon of oil, baking powder, ajwain and salt to taste

Mix well everything and knead a medium tight dough using Butter milk and keep covered aside

Crush green peas in mixie
- 4
In a pan heat oil, add jeera, saunf and heeng
- 5
Add crushed green peas, and all spices, adjust salt, add green chilli and coriander.. cook till mixture little dries up

Roll a small puri from ready dough and cut it in to two equal halves

Prepare a cone out of one half and fill sufficient prepared matar stuffing

Seal all the ends

Likewise prepare all Samosas

By the time Preheat oven on 200 degrees

Place all the ready Samosas on baking tray and bake on 200 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes, check in between

Baked whole wheat flour matar Samosas are to enjoy guilt free with your favorite green Chutney or tomato sauce
