Healthy besan Cheela with Panner and Veggie

First of all ready the gram flour batter for making Cheela.

Add gram flour, salt,cumin seeds, kasuri methi and water. Ready a smooth batter.keep it aside for 10 minute.

Now take a non stick pan add a part of batter spread it evenly.

Add little oil just to cook nicely with medium flame.turn the cheela again and add little oil drops.

Add grated Panner,some finely chopped tomato and green chilli,add half tsp chat masala, 1/4 tsp roasted cumin seed powder,squeezed some lemon juice.

Add finely chopped coriander leaves.

Serve it with ketchup and green chutney.
