Ingredients

10-15 mins
2-3 servings
  • 2 cupgram flour
  • 1/2 tspCumin seeds
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tspAsafoetida or hing
  • Water accordingly
  • Half tsp red chilli powder
  • 2 cupFresh Panner
  • 2-3finely Chopped tomatoes
  • 1-2Finely chopped green chilli
  • leavesFinely Chopped coriander
  • Chat masala
  • Roasted cumin seed powder
  • Lemon juice
  • Oil
  • Fenugreek leaves or kasuri methi 1 tsp

Steps

  1. 1

    First of all ready the gram flour batter for making Cheela.

  2. 2

    Add gram flour, salt,cumin seeds, kasuri methi and water. Ready a smooth batter.keep it aside for 10 minute.

  3. 3

    Now take a non stick pan add a part of batter spread it evenly.

  4. 4

    Add little oil just to cook nicely with medium flame.turn the cheela again and add little oil drops.

  5. 5

    Add grated Panner,some finely chopped tomato and green chilli,add half tsp chat masala, 1/4 tsp roasted cumin seed powder,squeezed some lemon juice.

  6. 6

    Add finely chopped coriander leaves.

  7. 7

    Serve it with ketchup and green chutney.
