Ingredients

  1. 2cupof Green peas
  2. 1 tspGinger Grated
  3. 1green chilli chopped
  4. 1 tspgaram masala
  5. 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  6. 1/2 tspsugar
  7. 1/2 tspbhuna jeera powder
  8. Couple of pinch heeng
  9. 1/2 tspjeera
  10. 1small potato chopped
  11. Lemon juice
  12. 1/4 tspblack Salt
  13. to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan add oil crackle jeera and heeng

  2. 2

    Add matar ginger & green chilli

  3. 3

    Add sugar, garam masala, red chilli powder, &salt

  4. 4

    Mix well and cover the lid

  5. 5

    Cook until soft

  6. 6

    Before serving sprinkle bhuna jeera powder and lemon juice

  7. 7

    Garnish with chopped coriander leaves
