Ingredients

  • 1 cupBoiled peas
  • 1 cupMasala oats
  • 1Chopped onion
  • 1Gratted carrot
  • 2Chopped green chillies
  • 1 teaspoonRoasted cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoonGaram masala
  • 1/2 teaspoonRed chilli powder
  • 1/2pckMaggie masala-e-magic
  • 1 tablespoonSemolina
  • 2 tablespoonRefined oil
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Roughly grind the peas and masala oats together.

  2. 2

    Now transfer it to a bowl and add all the ingredients and mix well.

  3. 3

    Then give it your desired shape and coat it with semolina and shallow fry it on a non stick pan.

  4. 4

    Your healthy oats- peas kebaabs are now ready enjoy it with your favorite chutney or sauce.
