Ingredients

  • 250ग्राम उडद दाल, 1किलो खोया, 100ग्राम बादाम,100ग्राम पिस्ता,
  • 100ग्राम खसखस, 100ग्राम काजू, 100ग्राम खजूर,
  • 6इलायची पीसी हुई, 1किलो चीनी. 1/2किलो देसी घी

Steps

  1. 1

    उड़द दाल को धो लीजीए और 6 घन्टे दाल को पानी मे भिगोके रखिये उसके बाद दाल को अच्छे से पीस लीजीये,
    खसखस को भी अलग से पानी मे भिगो दीजीये,सारे सूखे मेवे कूट लीजीये,

    पिसी हुई दाल को भूरा होने तक भून लीजीये,
    उसके बाद खोये को डाल के भून लीजीये भूरा होने तक,

    चीनी और पानी की पतली चाशनी बना लीजीये, पानी दुगना लीजीये, खोया और दाल भून जाये तो उसमे चाशनी डाल लीजीये और उसमे पिसी इलाइची डाल दीजीये,

    खसखस से पानी निकाल दीजीये और खसखस और कूटे हूए सूखे मेवे डाल दीजीये जब तक पानी सूख जाये तब तक चलाते रहिये,
    माजून को मिठाई की तरह गाड़ा होने तक चलाते रहिये.
    note_ दाल को भूरा होने तक मध्यम आन्च पर चलाते रहिये.
    तैयार हे स्पेशल मिठाई ये मिठाई हम पूरी सर्दी खाते हे,
    सर्दी की स्पेशल मिठाई आप सब के लिये.
